Yeah, definitely I agree.First of all, our childhood is free from care. At that time, we had no responsibilities, no pressure and no worry. Most of our time was full of happiness. Well, I prefer the latter one.First of all, by changing jobs one can experience different kinds of company cultures and find a job where he is best fit to the company culture.
