本题建议采取双边支持型，同意题目中的观点。建议采取五段式，正文的前两段花主要篇幅讲课外活动及社会实践的重要性，侧重点从培养学生的能力出发。正文第三段让步，承认学习的重要性。结论是学生应该在不影响学习的前提下参加课外活动及社会实践。
